We are not responsible for pre-existing tree health conditions, damage caused by storms or other acts of nature occurring after our work is complete, or conditions resulting from neglect or alteration by others.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Past-due balances may accrue interest as permitted by Missouri law.

7. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule work, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made after crews and equipment have been dispatched to your property may incur reasonable costs for time and mobilization, as described in your service agreement.

8. Storm Damage and Insurance Claims

For storm damage and other insurance-related work, we provide repair estimates and complete approved work only. We do NOT serve as a public adjuster or legal representative. Negotiation of claim values and interpretation of your insurance policy are the property owner's responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Missouri law, Thompson's Tree Care & Landscaping's total liability for any claim related to the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property
